Firearms will not be shipped directly to an individual unless permitted by applicable law. We may cancel or refuse any order that may violate law, our policies, payment processor rules, shipping restrictions, or business requirements.

3. FFL Transfers

If your order requires transfer through an FFL:

• You are responsible for selecting a valid receiving FFL and confirming it will accept the transfer.
• You are responsible for transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL.
• You must complete all required background checks, forms, waiting periods, and other legal requirements.
• We are not responsible if you fail a background check or otherwise cannot legally receive the item.

If an item is returned because you fail a background check, fail to complete the transfer, select an FFL that refuses it, or cannot legally receive it, you may be responsible for shipping, return shipping, restocking, transfer, payment processing, and other incurred costs.

4. Product Information and Availability

We try to provide accurate descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, customization options, and availability information, but do not guarantee all information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Availability, pricing, specifications, colors, finishes, and options may change without notice. We may correct errors, update information, cancel orders, or refuse transactions at any time, including after submission.

5. Cerakote Colors, Finishes, and Custom Work

If we offer Cerakote finishes, color selection tools, firearm customization, engraving, coating, or other custom services, you understand and agree that:

• Digital color swatches may not accurately represent final physical appearance.
• Final finish may vary based on lighting, material, preparation, application, curing, wear, and other factors.
• Custom work may involve normal variation and is not guaranteed to exactly match online images.
• Custom orders may be non-refundable once work has begun.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving customization details before work begins.

We may refuse custom requests we believe are unlawful, unsafe, offensive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable product, customization, shipping, tax, fee, and other charges shown at checkout or otherwise communicated. Risk of loss may pass to you or the receiving FFL upon delivery to the carrier, depending on the transaction and law.

• Custom orders may not be cancelled or refunded once work begins.
